If you didnt see the Blog post we have officially named the Project Reunion game "Get That Beaver".
However our initial release date has been pushed WAY back. Due to VSL Studios pulling out of the project Hammer Technologies is taking over 100%. More details as we get more information. We are sorry for the let down.

PR Demo Release Soon

We are happy to announce that soon a demo of Project Reunion will be released.
After many weeks we have compiled a pre-alpha demo version of Project Reunion. When we release this we will also announce the official name of the game. Stay tuned in the next week or so.

Well its official, Hammer Technologies is now a licensed Android Developer for Google.
We have an AWESOME test app. This will be the ONLY app that is done with the worst of Google's dev tools. PLEASE note this is really bad but please dont expect this to be the fruit of our labor. This was made with a tutorial on Google.

Website Big Update

Change in website style and content

Well as I have been busy with some family and work time consumpion I really have not had time to update the website to the extent I had really hoped and wanted to. So I have taken some time to change how I am distributing content. First I have stopped using .zip format and used the file extention, this will allow you guys to immediately download the files directly to your PS3 without needing a PC. This in turn makes it possible for you to load HammerTechnologies.net in your PS3 browser and download it completely and install it. Great huh? Well there is more to come. I have added a couple wallpapers. Im currently working on a couple themes. Stay Tuned!

ACCESS DENIED!

Sony Releases 3.56 firmware

Sony makes a move on the online hombrew/backup scene with the release of firmware 3.56 late last night.. Installing this firmware deletes you install and app_home options on the xmb and there are reports of installed pkgs not working anymore but also have reports that SOME still do. This stops backup managers altogther as there is no longer lv2 access. Only install this if you do not wish your system as you knew it. Currently the firmware is decrypted and the files being torn apart. If you are worred just wait it out.


MAJOR UPDATE: Apparently it has been found that Sony has installed a Rootkit into the firmware now. This RootKit allows Sony to fully monitor what you do on your system, verify what files you have and they can even update this system without your knowledge. It should also be noted that this is actually ILLEGAL. Rootkits are illegal spyware unless they are installed by the user on their own equipment it should be interesting to see how this affects the Geohot lawsuit. AND this will probably bring even more lawsuits to Sony's table. Tisk Tisk Sony!
